New Date Announced: HKIHRM Annual Conference & Exhibition 2025 on 10 December 2025

Thank you for your continued support of the HKIHRM Annual Conference and Exhibition 2025 ("Annual Conference").

We are pleased to announce that the Annual Conference has been rescheduled to 10 December 2025 , and will take place at the Ocean Park Marriott Hotel as originally planned.

All registered delegates holding a Conference Pass and/or Concurrent Session ticket are welcome to attend on the new date. We remain committed to delivering a high-quality and inspiring conference experience.

Registered delegates should have received an email outlining the rescheduled arrangements. If you have not received it, please contact us at project@hkihrm.org.

Due to the expected inclement weather, the HKIHRM Annual Conference and Exhibition 2025 (originally scheduled for 25 September 2025) will unfortunately need to be rescheduled.

This has been a difficult decision, but the HKIHRM leadership team, together with the Annual Conference Advisory Board, has prioritised the safety and experience of all participants above all else. The new date, expected to be in Q4 of 2025, and the corresponding arrangements will be announced within the next two weeks.

The Interactive Workshop "AI and The Rise of The Superworker" on 26 September will proceed as scheduled, based on the current weather forecast. We will continue to monitor the situation closely. Your safety is always our priority, and we will provide timely updates should the situation change. Announcements will be made via the Conference website and email.
